Now I have Pictures!!!

Well, I got the memory card reader hooked up at work, so here are some pictures. I don't have any yarn pics, but you can use your imagination on the stuff I talked about in my last post. I also got some Malabrigo in Verdeazul (I think that's the name) and that stuff is hands down the most beautiful colorway I've ever seen. However, it doesn't photograph well so I quit trying.

First up, a picture for you quilters. (Just imagine that it's flipped clockwise) When I was pregnant with LittleGirl, a former co-worker of mine, who is now a current co-worker again had made a yellow Sunbonnet Sue quilt. I saw it at a quilt show and went on and on about it. So, the next week, she asked LuckyHusband what we were having. When he said a girl, she gave him a bag. In it was all of the blocks for this....

Don't you just love Sunbonnet Sue and Denim Dan??? I'm a huge fan!

Next up, we have the kids. LittleMan wanted me to put her in her crib the other day while I was cleaning and he volunteered to watch her. They got quiet, so I sneaked in and this is what I found. I have a feeling they were up to something.

I have finished sock #1 of the Vesper Love Stinks socks and I have taken a break to cast on Fetchings. I know I'm a little behind the bandwagon on this, but what a fun and easy pattern. I was totally scared of the cables, but I figured it out. I needed an extra double-point, so I went looking in my yarn closet and found these needles that I forgot about. A lady at my church who is probably in her 60s gave them to me. They were her mother's.

I love the little cherub!

Check out the price!!!

They are pretty heavy duty and I really like them. I will definitely be using these more often. I can't believe that I forgot about them!!
My Father-in-law is getting his anesthesia as I type and will be starting his surgery soon. Thanks for the thoughts/prayers and keep them coming!!

Sending positive thoughts and energies to your FIL.

Okay, I see guilty looks on those faces! But what did they do??? Is it just that LM hopped in the crib too?

The quilt is beautiful. But I have a hard time using them around the little poop/spitup machines that are babies!!

Neat vintage needles. Those will probably last you forever!
