Knitting Progress

Well, I have finally figured out how to get Little Girl in the sling and happy and therefore, get some knitting done. I have started on the Branching Out scarf for Little Man's teacher. I hope I get it done. I had planned for it to be lunch knitting, but errands have stood in the way of that. But, hopefully with the sling I can nurse and knit at the same time. We'll see....

LittleMan celebrated his 4th birthday last Tuesday. I can't believe he's already 4!! Here's some pictures from one of the 3 (yes, 3!) parties.

And, of course, Little Girl...

(I need to remember to flip these pics before importing, and now I don't have time)

From Little Girl

Hi! Little Girl here. Just wanted to let you know that my mommy is still around and still reads all of your blogs; however, since I demand to be fed almost every hour on the hour (a girl has to keep up her figure!), she doesn't get to comment often. And for the same reason mentioned above, she hasn't been getting much knitting done. I'm thinking of letting her get some done soon, but we'll see how that works out.

My big brother has been taking great care of me. He's a pretty cool kid. We both went for checkups last week and he weighed 36 pounds and was 41 1/2 inches tall! I hope I'm as big as him one day! I was 12 pounds 12 ounces, but my mommy says I'm probably over 13 pounds now. I was also 25 1/4 inches tall. The doctor kept talking like that was pretty tall. I guess all of that nursing is good for you!

Anyway, I've been keeping mommy busy and we moved into a new house a couple of months ago, so things are just now getting back to normal. Big brother's birthday is next week and he had a party with his friends last weekend. I really like birthday cake (second hand of course). But, I promise I'll let her get some comments in soon and maybe even have some knitting to post about. She's been working on the Big Bad Baby Blanket from a book that she won't let me say the name of. The yarn is Comfort and is a soft and squishy light purple. I love it!!

Anyway, I'll leave you with a picture for now. See ya later!!
