Well, better late than never. WOO HOO SAINTS!!!!
During the game, my mom managed to put a bullet in the proverbial head of my laptop, so I am sadly without a computer. :( I did order a new shiny (red) one from Dell Monday though, so hopefully I'll be getting it soon and be back to the world of blogging.
We are supposed to get snow and ice tomorrow and I am scheduled to be (get this!) OUTSIDE for 2-3 HOURS getting my recertification to read "smoke" (opacity). I am less than joyful about this. I have no idea how I'm going to stay warm!
I did get to run yesterday and got in 4.5 miles. (WOO HOO!) So, here are the updated stats:
Total mileage for 2010: 55.17 miles
Total miles ran: 45.17 miles
Total miles walked: 10.00
I'm hoping to get some in tomorrow, but I'm kind of doubtful.
Friday is a big post because it's BIRTHDAY TIME!! (not mine...LGs)
Oh, and don't forget to visit my friend Laura Lea's blog and read some posts. You will not BELIEVE how inspirational she is and she isn't done yet!
Back to work now....this place is a madhouse!

I bought a pink laptop from Dell. I love it!
I was so happy to see the Saints win! I work with a woman who lost her house in Katrina - it was on Lake Ponchartrain (sp?), and also a guy who grew up in Baton Rouge, so it's been pretty fun seeing their happiness over the win!
Hurray for the Saints! And I hope your new red laptop is great! :)
Way to go on the running, Melissa. :)
Congratulations to your Saints! That sucks about the computer, but a shiny, new, red one sounds nice :-) Have a great day! I can't wait to hear about the party? Where is my invitation? LOL
Yay for those miles!!
I checked out Laura Lee's blog. She is doing awesome!
Good job on your 4 1/2 mile run. I am have been waiting to see you do longer runs - because I know you can!!
Congrats to the Saints... I guess. :)
Your running is so inspirational! I hope that you didn't have to be outside.. it was SO cold here with all that snow!!
I hope you are surviving the snow and ice - nothing more frustrating. Happy Weekend to you!!! (I sent my Valentine out a few days ago. So fun!!!).
So glad the Saints won....
Enjoy your new computer!
And a HUGE thank you for the adorable Valentine Card, Melissa. It brought a huge smile to my face when I opened it up! Thanks for organizing that awesomely fun event, what a great start to the weekend!! Hope you're doing well, look forward to your next blog :).
