Well, it's not quite birthday time yet, but it soon will be. So, here's the details. I am hosting a Birthday Giveaway Extravaganza of my favorite products.
I will be giving away a Road ID. I have a Road ID Elite Interactive which I love and totally saw the value of it when running out of town this week. If you win, you will have your choice of a Road ID Sport, Road ID Elite, Shoe ID, or the Shoe ID Pouch. That way if you have the Road ID already, you can try the Shoe ID if you want. :) I actually wear my Road ID almost every day at work (I dress very casual at work) It's cute and purple and I never realize it's there really. I want to invest in a couple more band colors eventually also.
My brother is a police officer and was super impressed with this product. He talked about how helpful it would be for law enforcement to have upon arrival and it would benefit someone even in a car accident or something like that because they wouln't have to dig through the person's possessions to find an ID and hope there was an easy emergency contact number. Usually there isn't any medical info to be found. Since they usually check for a pulse on a victim first thing, this would make care so much faster. I think he'll be getting one from me for his birthday next month.
I will also be giving away my favorite low point drink mix, Baja Bob's. LOVE this stuff. You will receive a margarita mix and another mix of your choice. My favorite thing about the margarita mix is that it doesn't taste sugar free AT ALL. The only calories/Points are from the alcohol you add yourself.
And finally, I will be giving away a Bondi Band. You can pick any style you want and I will order it from Kayte to support her fundraiser for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Feel free to order one from her now and get another if you win. Ordering from Kayte has two advantages, it is cheaper than ordering from Bondi Band directly and you are supporting a VERY worthwhile cause. I'm sure I don't have to tell you how awesome Bondi Bands are anyway. I really want some new ones for my birthday. If I get cash from anyone, I'm totally getting the one pictured. :)

And, maybe not that strange, but thing I use the least that I get in bags from races is those little bandaid holders that attach to your key chain. I have like 4 of them, but have too much junk on my key chain already!
So I'm new to racing, but this weekend my prize for the 5k I ran in was a box of Safeway bakery cookies. Neat.
The weirdest race swag I got at a 10k was a water-filled pillow (for sleeping on). It was from some chiropractic office. Still haven't used it.

1. My first on the books job was at Roy Rogers. It sucked. I smelled like fried chicken the entire summer.
2. I met my husband on a recruiting trip for college. We started dating 3 years later when we were on a trip to England with our collegiate track teams (we went to different schools)
3. My workouts are extra hardcore because on occasion, I have been know to run with a triple stroller!
Hubby and I met on a blind date...it was a group date w/ my best friend and her husband who was friends w/ my future husband. My first response was "Are you kidding me? What a dork!" But after 3 months of being friends he finally convinced me to go out on a real date. And it's been almost 13 years!
My fiance and I met at a mutual friends wedding that we both weren't invited to. We both crashed the wedding with friends that were invited, got drunk, and the rest is history. Not exactly a story to tell the future kids, so we might have to tweak it a little!
I met my husband at a college party while visiting a friend. Random, once-in-a-lifetime chance of coming across him, and yet it happened!
