I love this book and created an interactive activity and discussion for a bunch of management officials back in October. I took them to a Corn Maze, every had fun AND learned alot. I'll email you shortly, I'd like to try the 31 challenge.

I've never read "Who Moved My Cheese", but I am adding it to my list. One of my resolutions/goals this year is to finish at least one book a month. This will be a major deal considering I only read parts of several books last year. I will find the time...

running barefoot is more effortless....it makes you concentrate on your form and it feels so natural. I am glad you are taking this up. I find it's much much easier on my knees too.

Wow, I never thought about the treadmill getting hot. But it makes perfect sense if you think about it I guess. Glad you didn't use the missing shoes as an excuse to skip out on the workout. :)

i remember when I took my first barefoot run (with socks) at the track. I went out too fast and too much and the following day it felt lik someone pummeled my calves and achilles heels.

i took the same approach with my brother when it came to new foods. i let him choose and i also let him cook it. he was more willing to try soemthing new if he was in the kitchen preparing with me.
